Pros

I can't think of any!

Cons

Where do I start? Management is the worse I've ever worked with. It started the day I interviewed for the company; they assigned my seat next to the person I was interviewing against-it was a three hour flight. You were not allowed to work from home during work hours, you had to leave before 7:30 am and not arrive back home till after 5:00 pm, so much of the work you need to accomplish had to be done on your personal time and on the weekends(quoting, emails, sales plans). Management uses a selling technique called, Question Based selling-I called it interrogation selling. I found it made the customer very uncomfortable, putting them in a corner (verbally), while not listening to a single concern they had. Wurth thought the customer shouldn't care that pricing was the highest in the market with 14 different pricing levels (YES 14). I can keep going and going, but you get the idea. Don’t work for Wurth unless you’re out of work, even then I would think twice.

Pros

Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

Cons

Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
