Pros

They pay you to work

Cons

Stuck in an old time mentality. This is apparent when you look at their website and policies. There own data shows they make the most money through online sales (because the customer cant haggle for better pricing) Their website is not user friendly people refuse to use the website. The company could work a lot better but no one seems to care. Everyone is looking for themselves instead of wanting to work towards the same goal. Different departments are rude to each other and like to call each other out for no reason. Every employee thinks that they are in charge of policing each other. Managers tell you one thing and the next day tell you different. They do not have a set code of conduct which means that rule change depending who is saying it. HR department is a nightmare good luck on them answering simple questions in a timely manner. Decreased pay during covid and depending on which department increased work load by 40% and has no intention on making things right. The shut down entire departments. It seems that it is impossible for the company to come out with a new catalog to help older customers last book printed in 2014. Stuck in the middle of the old and the new. When you are no longer of use to the company they will kick you to the curb a real what have you done for me lately. They messed with my pay, my pto, my work. Little to no apology and just expected to deal with it.

Pros

Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

Cons

Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
