There own data shows they make the most money through online sales (because the customer cant haggle for better pricing) Their website is not user friendly people refuse to use the website. The company could work a lot better but no one seems to care. Everyone is looking for themselves instead of wanting to work towards the same goal. Different departments are rude to each other and like to call each other out for no reason. Every employee thinks that they are in charge of policing each other. Managers tell you one thing and the next day tell you different. They do not have a set code of conduct which means that rule change depending who is saying it. HR department is a nightmare good luck on them answering simple questions in a timely manner. Decreased pay during covid and depending on which department increased work load by 40% and has no intention on making things right. The shut down entire departments.
