Pros
Salary is ok but not great compared to other tech companies
Cons
Not much on-boarding to start with. Client account managers are like slaves and do most of the work while client partners act like the mini bosses and earn much higher salaries. Also, a lot of the top management are leaving (or fired by Elon we don’t know ), causing instability in the company. Hiring and firing are both like jokes in this company. Internal systems are like rubbish because many engineers were fired and backfilling is really slow.
