      Pros

      Very focused on all that silicon valley life, with cool perks, benefits and environment; Space for employees to give ideas and evolve; Pretty transparent for a big tech company; Awesome culture and fun people working in offices all around the world. Changing all the time.

      Cons

      For a company that really wants to be global, it's still VERY US-centric; There's no focus on leadership development before you get to the top. Amazing recruitment team, not very good HR. Changing all the time.

      great community for web engineers. lots of mentorship available sessions to knowledge share really helped with growth

      Cons

      lots of projects do not make it to production lots of hoops before projects have a chance to be developed or make it hopefully to production

      - Good salary - High Ownership - Interesting Work - Get to learn more broadly of how things work at scale compared to other global social media companies - Equity Growth Overall I have gotten to take on really interesting work here and am alongside colleagues I respect and appreciate. Equity has appreciated significantly.

      - Constant Layoffs/poor attrition rates - Understaffed - Lack of organization/communication from leadership
