Pay is pretty good, work life balance, and smart people who want to change how Twitter operates internally for the better
Cons
- some toxic leaders in HR who have no vision and don’t seem to do anything all day - lack of processes and not much motivation to create them - many departments in HR not inherently data-driven unless told to be by CEO - a ‘mean-girls’, gossiping, back-stabbing culture permeates many leaders in HR. including male leaders. - culture creates whining over accountability
