You can end up being stuck to only one department/method for a long time. Some of the employees like to bring drama to the workplace or just create their own. Although the pay is good for the area doing NDT it is below the national average.

Employees are great. It can be a very fun place to work. Some managers very much encourage team building activities.

It used to be just a great a family owned business. However since they have sold off chunks of the company to another company and separating things up the family feel of employee appreciation is gone. Now it just seems more about money than anything.
