      Insane hours Very low pay weekend they claim are voluntary Management is very unprofessional All departments think the others don't work as hard as they do

      Pros

      Depending on the department, some of the best people to work with.

      Cons

      Some departments have a "us vs them" mentality amongst the various methods. Upper management likes to hire unskilled workers at the entry level so they can pay them far below industry standard and keep exploiting them for higher profits. The HR team is in place solely to back the company even in disputes where they were in the wrong.

      Pros

      You test on a large variety of parts from all major suppliers Boeing, Pratt, Rolls Royce etc. Performs MP, PT, UT, RT, DDA, CT and VT

      Cons

      You can end up being stuck to only one department/method for a long time. Some of the employees like to bring drama to the workplace or just create their own. Although the pay is good for the area doing NDT it is below the national average.
