Free Membership at all locations. Had health insurance benefits. Great people to work with. Commission offered in addition to salary. Respects Mental Health of Employees.

Cons

Felt I wasn't paid enough for my time. The expectations were impossible. Also, didn't have much of a choice in my ideal work location. Plus, pay periods were not good. Pay days were twice a month, as opposed to twice a week. In addition, I was expected to do sales work and hit a quota at the same expectations as the sales team, while performing my front desk duties. It was too much work, for too little pay. I appreciate the opportunity to work there, but I felt like I was not set up for success. The location I also worked at, wasn't a good location for me either, because I didn't have the advantage of my familiar surroundings, which would have guaranteed my success.

Rapid growth can lead to growing pains, requiring adaptability and patience as systems and processes evolve. Workload can be demanding, especially during peak seasons or major company initiatives. Communication between departments can improve, particularly as the organization expands.

Pros

Free training and once upon a time decent benefits. However benefits, base pay and commission have been reduced since. Got to meet some cool people and coworkers although it was always short lived due to high turnover and anyone with any sense and self respect got out of there quickly and almost always resentful due to bait and switch hiring tactics.

Cons

Where to begin. I cannot count how many employees shortly after hire quit in anger feeling deceived or misled for variety of reasons i.e pay/pay structure, schedule, understaffed, misleading expectations, lack of support or training from corp level leadership and so on. Guarantee you may expect to take on various responsibilities outside of your job description due to them being "momentarily" understaffed and need you to fill in while they work on staffing. <- DO NOT BUY IT, that is the norm and just another unethical common practice to take advantage of maximizing labor output for the lowest cost. To have worked with them is to feel disdain for the time with them. To say extremely Toxic environment and work culture would be an understatement. Leadership is consistently not aligned and bad mouthing each other when others not around and also tend to be biggest obstacles to the culture. Everyone in leadership has this irrational and cowardly fear of the CEO, never seen anything like it. CEO is arrogant and more caring to present the image of a successful business leader/owner than actually being one. The image the owners try to project of themselves is an intelligence insulting facad and part of the reason for that is to get you to buy-in. Go work at Amazon, drive uber do whatever to exhaust all options before considering joining this company. The positive reviews- many were incentivized/forced, I know that to be fact. Steer clear, 95% chance you will regret it. FYI nobody in that business ever hits sales goals, the bonus incentive is incredibly unrealistic at best and if you do hit it they'll find a way around to not pay it fully.
