- Too much unreasonable expectation from management - Salaries are always delayed (It is as if the company does not have any funding). If you have some sort of commitments like EMI's or something, please doing join here. It will get skipped. - Late night always, no sleep - All the things that are coming in is urgent, no consideration on the employee life or well being - Even if you are on leave, you will have to work. - The politics here is very bad. There are many manager kitties here and it is very hard for others to do their work and earn a living out.
