1. insecure and incompetent management. they isolate and target employee who have skills in order to to save their own skin and feed their own egos. 2. old tech stack with code base broken at every stage of the ai pipelines. If you try to bring the issue, their egos will be hurt 3. micromanagement at its height. if you go to the rest room, you will get a call from the management to be online forever. 4. middle management is being pampered by the company and the employees are blamed for their bad decisions. 5. meaningless meetings. director of ai takes to each people 4 times a day and will call you at any random time. meetings give them a sense of working or help the middle management in showing that they are working. 6. they have serious funding issues. salaries are rolled out in batches amongst the employee. salary are delayed for like 2 to 3 weeks. 7. they have fired experienced senior data scientist and data scientist within weeks of joining just because the director of ai felt insecure. 8. they give assignments in interviews and get their work done for free from candidates under the pretext of technical evaluation.
