Pros

- Work/life balance - Other employees are friendly and willing to help you out - Work from home - Product is okay

Cons

- Lots of layoffs, poor employee retention, no job security - Heavy focus on sales, all the CEO (Chris Harrington) talks about is closing deals. No effort to improve company culture or employee well being. - When efforts are made to improve company culture from employees they are often ignored by executives. - The company is failing and in the process of being acquired, little to no information is being given creating an uncertain environment. - Executives are not involved unless it is to deliver bad news - No 401k match - Pays well below industry average, no bonuses. - Disorganization with the structure of the company itself. Getting something fixed for a client takes weeks creating frustration for both parties. Lots of cancelled customers. - Competing against other better-established software
