2.8 for a very good reason. Managers are immature and rude and constantly talk about and gossip about their superiors and other colleagues. The have gcs where they talk about other colleagues and giggle about it infront of your face. Very unserious work place in general. Only way to survive at this place is being fake and a yesman.
