I’d like to focus on cons: 1. There are no catch ups regularly as you are just focusing on working client site 2. There is no sense of belongingness that you are part of a company that values you 3. They sponsor your visa on direction from the client but hold it against you and threaten you 4. Salary negotiations are a nightmare 5. Payroll is not run on time and salaries almost never come on time 6. There is a one single point of contact for all queries you have 7. Bank statement doesn’t reflect a company account (some sort of tax racket) 8. They ask you to pay for lawyer fee and bind you with unfavourable conditions
