Highly unprofessional please stay away

I’d like to focus on cons: 1. There are no catch ups regularly as you are just focusing on working client site 2. There is no sense of belongingness that you are part of a company that values you 3. They sponsor your visa on direction from the client but hold it against you and threaten you 4. Salary negotiations are a nightmare 5. Payroll is not run on time and salaries almost never come on time 6. There is a one single point of contact for all queries you have 7. Bank statement doesn’t reflect a company account (some sort of tax racket) 8. They ask you to pay for lawyer fee and bind you with unfavourable conditions

And more cons: 1. They have no clue if the employment contracts have expired unless you tell them

Please guys don't join this type of consultancy,if u join also u won't get proper documents here.in interview they told they will give documents once u joined and after that if u ask means they told some other drama answers.and one more thing I need to mentioned here who promoted as leads they only don't know how to source simply they became leads and manager only don't know how to behave with employees.he behave with employees like not in professional way.please learn how to behave and talking with employees they r not ur family members r ur frnds learn simple things first.firstly give all employees documents otherwise karna repeats you mind it.
