Pros

Colleagues are understanding, I suppose adversities bring you together. No policies in place for harassment, code of conduct, public holidays, work culture and TATs, so I guess you can do whatever you want - Highly dependent on how well you know the management. Helpful Tip - Don't let them find your talents outside your role, your role will be expanded immediately with no pay raise in sight.

Cons

1. Don't expect any training from seniors, coz there are hardly any, YouTube will be your best friend. 2. Don't bother applying if you consider yourself a creative, no projects shall remain without plagiarism. 3. Would not recommend if your parents aren't well off, or you prefer being financially independent, because you may have to beg for your salaries on a constant basis to be deposited on time. 4. Be prepared to be shunned, If you are a person who speaks up about your ideas or problems in the office.

Pros

If there’s anything positive, it’s the slim chance for career advancement if you can survive the chaos. Some colleagues share in the struggle, creating a sense of camaraderie.

Cons

Where do I even start? The mismanagement here is astounding. Communication between teams is a joke, leading to constant misunderstandings and delays that could easily be avoided if anyone in charge knew what they were doing. But they don’t, because the project manager is utterly clueless—she’s only in that position because she’s buddies with the co-founders. Speaking of the co-founders, their egos are out of control. They care more about stroking their own egos than actually running the company. And then there's the tech team lead—another one of the co-founders' friends. He’s a civil engineer, for crying out loud! What does he know about leading a tech team? Spoiler alert: nothing. And of course, there’s the salary delays, which are so severe they can stretch to 5 or 6 months. It’s like they think we don’t need to pay rent or buy food. The financial instability and complete lack of respect for employees' time and well-being is beyond unacceptable.
