I think that Xactly Corporation knows how to incorporate all its workers in their projects, making them feel like they are a valued asset to the company. The managers and executives at Xactly Corporation are intelligent individuals who know how to lead the company into the success that it's in today.
Cons
I feel that people work too many hours in their positions, which indirectly makes others feel like they need to do the same. The company values hard work and recognizes those who pull longer hours, but I think those who can perform well at work and maintain their personal lives are even better.
