You will spend a lot of time working. Little to no training on how to get your job done but you are expected to get things done in a very specific way, (that you may not have been told about). Escalations are the name of the game. If you have a work-related issue make sure you are the FIRST person to escalate the issue and point to someone else. If you are escalated on, you will receive vague feedback. My manager wasn't really a manager, just someone to check in with once in a while. The organization is top-heavy in some areas. The result is an almost uncomfortable, nervous environment.
