Pros
Working at Xactly was an amazing experience and the people in my regional team were absolutely fantastic. I met some incredible people along the way and I am glad I had the working experience at Xactly when I did. The ratings are based on what the company was like when I left/now, not when I was there.
Cons
Unfortunately as my employment went on things went downhill. Senior leadership left the business and morale declined significantly. Parts of the business were shut down overnight leaving tens of people without jobs, which also declined morale. The CEO told people to leave if they didn't like how he was running things when bonuses were delayed for the whole business. I am honestly not bitter, it was amazing working there at the time, but I wouldn't recommend it as a place to work at this time.
