* current executive leadership treats the employees as a disposable paper cup * Rto, has been made mandatory with no humane treatment of employees who stuck with them through the ups and down of the org * the pay cycle and the appraisal is a joke. Received a only one hike in the past 2 years and that was in single digit * very very old tech stack. In the least, it's 15 years old * no career growth. As in, nil to the brim. * too much work load without any support * frequent changes in direction and vision of products * no customer engagement . Customer issues are less prioritized The list keeps going on. . ..
