Too much Money funnelled into the sister company - Old guard doesn't want to adapt - Company culture is deteriorating and in need of revitalisation. - Headcount has dropped from 65 to around 40, reflecting a period of contraction. - Many of the most engaged and event-driven team members have since departed. - New ideas often face resistance, limiting innovation and progress. - Sales lacked transparency and showed reluctance to collaborate with other departments.
