Thanks feedback We working on Core and New Technologies which demands more time to Test and Implement We work alternative Saturdays not on Sundays and minimum number of Hours defined for the employees Regarding Phones , Yes we have strict Policy "Do Not Distrub Zone " and alternative breaks are given Salary Increments are Done after every 100 Days of New Joinee and after 6 months Every Employee is asset for the organization as we put lot of efforts to train them on New technologies
