- No big investors and still surviving - New Talent get get good exposure - Mid-level get chance to grow (you need to have work & political skills) - Handful of talented and good nurtured people, if you are lucky you might be able to work with them.. else..
Cons
- Your job is at risk after a certain salary range, slowly and steadily you will be kicked out or situation will be created to ensure you exit out. - HR has no say, they keep introducing new schemes, inputs by the top management in most cases. - Attrition is very high -- mostly mid and senior levels.. - Management has no vision -- totally non transparent and extremely opinionated - Survival is not for the talented, mostly non-talented - Many -- mini -- regional groups with highly political acumen --- you will end up fighting for survival
