Few Good Seniors will help to Grow Your personal Skills. i.e. I worked under CG Supervisor for 1 Year and then Worked under R&D Supervisor for around 2 Year. It was my Good luck that I've been worked under Great Sups and learned many things from them... But I've seen some damn and negative minded people who are leads/sups .. I dont know why management still paying High Salaries to those peoples.. Too be very honest, when i joined the company in mid of 2012. It was Good. But when i left mid of 2015. It became Hell on Earth.
Cons
Management team & Production Teams are really bad.(and I mean it...really they are) Many of the Leads(Almost Everyone excepts few) are really crap peoples. I didn't find them Good in Creative or Technical knowledge. Instead they are good in Excel work. Tracking Work.. (like Production). #WhoMadeThemLeadAnyway Bcoz of Automation Process, now Many of the Artists has forgotten how to work manually. Specially in Post Departments. Even sometimes they don't want to click a button also.. I've personally received many request for automation from various Departments where they just wanted only 1 button to do a bulk of 10-15 shots. In my Current Company; The Production Team even the Project Manager talks to me or any other employee with respect and very gently. But in Xentrix this is really just opposite. They dont know how to respect other people.. (like they are the owner of company). @ Xentrix Production Team : Be calm and respectful. Be Gentle. It cost nothing. @ Xentrix Management Team : I think You should make Communication Skills must for Production Team. I mean Good Communication Skill. At the end Nobody can work under a Bad Boss even You also right. This respect and support u will find in all MNC company but definitely not in Xentrix, not even a bit.
