      - Depending on the team you might have some WLB - Despite shares being on nosedive, few companies offer a bonus - Some minor perks like life/health insurance

      - Leadership doesn't know what to do and look for very short-term big gains - Performance review is effectively a veiled stack rank and extremely opaque

      Pros

      Awesome work culture. You get to meet everyone from every team in the company. Every one are so helpful. Even the people from different teams will help you to achieve your tasks. Even the managers are so helpful. Perks: Wednesday Lunch, Friday Happy hours.
