      Poor middle management that dont get held accountable well Performance reviews are bias and system is unfair Turning into a toxic american tech company micromanagement overworked staff everyones morale is low Barely any career progression everyones kinda stuck

      Pros

      Awesome work culture. You get to meet everyone from every team in the company. Every one are so helpful. Even the people from different teams will help you to achieve your tasks. Even the managers are so helpful. Perks: Wednesday Lunch, Friday Happy hours.
