Pros
When I first started in this role, the culture was top tier. Very open, authentic and transparent workplace. Maternity leave benefits are six months, extra leave is wonderful, hours are what they say they are.
Cons
New American focus really changed the vibe. Huge redundacies and lack of transparency in the process. Left team with not enough resources, and some of the best people were let go. Productivity dropped as a result.
