Great team and work environment, but pay could improve - Network Security Engineer Xerox Employee Review

Salary is not that competitive to others but for me it's fine. I understand since it's just acquired Lexmark. You need to be onsite if you want mid shift and night shift premium, HMO has pros and cons. Right now, it's still on integrating phase and changing it's approach in the industry. So I am not really sure what will be the outcome for the next 2-3 years since we have a new CEO
