Pros

Most of the employees are great to work with. Excellent benefits since they are an arm of Xerox. Pay can be okay if you are blowing out your numbers.

Cons

Watch out for management, they are the first to blame someone else for their shortcomings especially those who don't know you or your work ethic. If they don't like you, you'll be out. Interview them to when you start the process. While they claim to be local, everything is done from the top at GIS.

Xerox Response

Firstly, thanks for your kind remarks regarding our associates. As an organization, we have worked hard to recruit the right people who know how to support our customers and are always willing to lend a hand to their teammates. Team work is at the center at everything we do here at Integrity One. We also not only welcome, but encourage, inquisitive minds during our interview process. Prospective candidates will have the opportunity to not only meet with our Corporate Recruiter and the position’s hiring manager, but also our Leadership team! Who better to ask pointed questions to, than the company’s President and/or one of our VPs? That’s one of the perks of our company being autonomous and operating here locally. We do get to flex the muscles of GIS and Xerox, being a wholly owned subsidiary of the Fortune 200 giant, however, all hiring decisions, account management, customer service, etc. is done here locally in Indiana or Kentucky. We wish you much luck and success with your future endeavors! We hope you find what you’re looking for.

Pros

Big company with solid benefits

Cons

Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
