Pros

Vacation time is great, job is fairly easy. There's flexibility in creating my schedule and planning out my day. Training is easily available.

Cons

Horrible management. Below average pay, and this company keeps asking for more and more and gives less and less. There's no where to move up, basically a dead end job.
