      Pros

      benifits were once ok but some much anymore. there is still a laid back culture. Once was a great place to work.

      Cons

      Downsizing engineers every year with out regard to product devep for the future. they would like to beceom a services co.

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
