      Pros

      Great co-workers. Excellent management in Wilsonville. Flexible work hours. Used to be a great work environment with incentives and rewards.

      Cons

      Zero advancement possibilities. Declining need for engineering talent due to outsourcing trend ( most everything is moving to India ). Poor morale due to Sr. Management's inability to provide any motivation for employees.

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
