Pros
This place is filled with very smart and capable people. Every question i have had while work here was answered by a fellow engineer. They foster employee empowerment and provide ample feedback. They encourage engineers to explore new ideas and challenge legacy solutions. The printer engineering programs are very data driven.
Cons
The company direction isnt very clear. They cant get around the sales systems that are in place to accommodate different printing technologies. The sales organization is driven by short terms sales and profits, which surprisingly affects the engineering direction of our products.
