Pros

Flexible work schedule, decent compensation system (initially), talented team-members, good direct manager.

Cons

Compensation system has been cut drastically in the past couple of years in an effort to increase margins in a competitive market, tactical (rather than strategic) approach by many first-level managers, forced to do more with less (both in terms of incentives and resources), increased turnover (both voluntarily and involuntarily).

Big company with solid benefits

Cons

Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
