Respectful treatment of employees, good initial training and later training courses when they still existed.
Cons
To much of "Senior management decided and we believe in it" Not a good idea to have an opinion against the official mainstream. Constructive criticism is only appreciated because to company policy says so. Let's learn by making mistakes instead of learning from mistakes others made.
