      Provides option to work from home (Home office), skill soft courses are available upon the approval of the manager to access the virtual library (annual fee). Compensations: Medical insurance, grocery card bonus.

      Cons

      No career path, no hikes, no promotions to senior positions as these are reserved just for "on site" personnel.

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
