NO increase in wages in 2 yrs. unless you were lucky enough to get a new position in their almost yearly re-organizations. 5 Layoffs in 10 yrs. and 3 re-orgs, I have been hearing the same lame excuse to work harder so we can continue to grow revenue yet the only peolpe who make the $$ are the 6 figure earners.
