Cons

Scheduling can be tough - but if you are a hard working reliable employee the leadership will do their best to work with you! Also it's just the type of business that it is...taking calls from customers is unpredictable....so that is why scheduling can be tough.

Cons

Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
