Pros

The Customers were usually friendly and easy to work with. Co-workers could be helpful when there was a problem.

Cons

The pay rate does not match what employees are asked to do on a daily basis. For what is expected there is no middle ground between making the customer happy as well as the corporation.

Big company with solid benefits

Cons

Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
