Pros

The building has elevators and a cafeteria and the gentleman in charge of maintenance is very nice and sometimes deer walk up to the building.

Cons

Management has a forced labor mentality, I was surprised there wasn't a steam whistle (Recall "Sunny in Philadelphia" episode). Breaks were only 10 minutes which hardly gave you time to even use the bathroom and if you were so much as seconds late you would be "coached" (employment threatened). Constant blaming of upper management when forced OT was imposed and schedule changes were placed upon us and if people couldn't take on the new hours they were fired. Can I give less than one star? Pay was significantly less than some of the good local places, but these guys hired me so fast I took it -

Big company with solid benefits

Cons

Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
