      Pros

      Not a lot of pressure here. The work load is light, and it's rare that anyone wants me to work overtime.

      Cons

      Come on, let's face it. They'll never be able to get away from print devices as their core product, and it's a dying industry. The most talented people in either management or tech have left by now.

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
