      Interesting technology development. Very challenging and fast paced environment with lots of new opportunities. Cutting edge tech based designs are good for learning new technology.

      Cons

      Health care options are decaying. Layoffs are too common now. Stress is too much bottom line oriented, not aimed employee satisfaction

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
