      You can be a team of one if your lucky no annoying people to tell you what to do

      Cons

      if your site is open during a holiday there is no holiday pay they leave you stranded when equipment breaks they do not upgrade equipment my printer is over 12 years old and no longer is servicable

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
