Pros
Great company to work for. Your work is always appreciated. Salaries are paid on time. They have excellent Employee Resource Groups and encourage Diversity and Inclusion.
Cons
Many changes happening in recent months. Many employees were laid off and their responsibilities are passed on to the existing employees thus increasing their workload. I had only one small salary increase in 5 years.
