Pros
I was fresh out of college when I got here and I learned a lot of useful lessons for sales professionals. I had to complete 100 phone calls by my managers order otherwise I couldn't leave for lunch. So it was good to show my next employer I could "complete the grind".
Cons
In January of 2016 our President urged employees to go onto this website and give positive reviews. Apparently he and the rest of our leaders believe the negative reviews were dishonest. Being in this place for 3 years I've witnessed so much disfunction. Every year sales compensation plans are switched up to make bonuses harder to obtain. Our VPs rarely interact with anyone outside of the "inner circle" of tenured sales guys who have been around forever. Only a few of our sales managers are experts within our field. There are a handful of reps who have been promised better assignments and territories, but are just strung along without and real improvements to their assignment. I could go on and on describing the issues and lack of leadership within our company, but our boss will just solicit more positive reviews by people who haven't been around long enough to know the truth.
