Pros
Most enginners and fellow techs great to work with. Dealing with most customers is a pleasure. Fixing very difficult problems is a major rush!!!!
Cons
Upper management only interested in making targets, They have no interest in fixing problems. Lean Six Sigma is going to destroy the company. There are so many LSS projects that serve no purpose but to make a name for someone or help their carriers.
