      Pros

      It allowed me to grow professionally, to earn my advanced degree, and learn new technology. Good pay with average benefits.

      Cons

      when company promoted a incompetent CEO, company direction changed. Xerox is transforming into service company from traditionally technology innovative company. Technically challenged management never learned how to utilize the technologies invented by the employees.

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
