Xerox is in a period of Reinvention, encouraging business process improvements in an environment where questioning existing standards is encouraged. Movement and growth throughout the organization is encouraged and supported, and individuals are not limited to promotions within their verticals.
Cons
Overall business performance is not ideal; however, it's encouraging that the Reinvention efforts are so robust across the board.
