      Team was friendly and the work given to me was exiting and engaging. Senior management was friendly and offered plenty of advice in terms of career.

      Cons

      Business itself isn't what it once was and it's going to take time for it to recover.

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
