      You get to work on latest Blockchain trends like, Crypto, NFT, Web3. Salaries can be on higher side.

      Cons

      No process and no documentation is followed, they just randomly assign you the work based on requirement No work-life balance, they will make an issue even if you request for emergency leaves Work culture is toxic and negative, managers will treat you like trash even for small mistakes Lot of fingerpointing within the team

      It’s a startup. Struggling to gain clients in a shaky industry. Not much they offer as a company. No benefits, no company culture.
