Pros
Great products, great people, centrally located, lots of opportunity to do some cool things; cool brand with lots of legs.
Cons
Short-sighted, poorly managed, work is at a frenetic pace, difficulty shifting from reactive to proactive, big gaps in data, business processes not documented, still acts like a startup even though it's 20 years old, very slow to bring new products to market to stay competitive, sales-led organization without accountability (read: sales people do not consistently use CRM to accurately record what’s going on in the pipeline, and don’t adhere to business rules supposedly in place), wants to dominate the marketplace without investing the amount of dollars required to do so. Averse to hiring and retaining people; no dedicated HR department.
